Description:
now i am on 16.3.4 Initial Startup
when i run first command i have face an error:

[root@vt root]# ndb_mgmd -f /var/lib/mysql-cluster/config.ini
Unable to connect to our own ndb_mgmd (Error -1)
This is probably a bug. 

How to repeat:
[root@vt root]# ndb_mgmd -f /var/lib/mysql-cluster/config.ini
Unable to connect to our own ndb_mgmd (Error -1)
