Description:
Resizing of sidebar can make it go missing

How to repeat:
- show sidebar (on the right)
- use divider of sidebar and SQL Query / Result window and move all the way to the right (hiding the sidebar / maximising the viewing area of the SQL Query and result set)
- use divider again to move in the middle ... sidebar is missing and divider bar take over space showing large grey area
- sidebar is gone (sitching sidebar on / off does not help)

Suggested fix:
- probably some issue in the resize code if sidebar window width is 0
