Which exactly server version are you using?. Also did you created/edited stored procedures using the MySQL Administrator GUI tool? Thanks in advance.

Seems this is an exact match to my bug report Bug #14791. But I do not see an exact solution just a lot of attempts. Do you have any additional info?

Then I assume that your 5.0.15 is an upgrade from early version? If yes did you just copied or installed the new server using the older databases without to do a dump from the older version?

Hi, I had the exact same problem has this one with version 5.0.15 (random crashes every 2-3 days... I updated to version 5.0.17 hoping it would fix the problem... Server just crashed today (nothing in file error.log) Here is what I have in the even log: ~~ Faulting application mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.1830, fault address 0x0002f5dd. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. The MySQL service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). My apologies to MySQL team, you folks are very explicit about do dump first before upgrading. And indeed it was a corupted DB causing my issues. Probably because I did NOT dump first. I did solve/find the problem sometime ago, just didn't get back here to update my comments till now. Thanks, Hope this helps others to. Everyone else they are the experts, so listen up!
