Description:
Compile on QNX fails for new file "client/mysqlslap.c"

qcc -DUNDEF_THREADS_HACK -I. -I. -I.. -I../include -I../include -I../regex -DDBUG_OFF -O1 -Wl,-E   -c mysqlslap.c
mysqlslap.c:96: sys/shm.h: No such file or directory

How to repeat:
Compile current 5.1 sources on QNX
