Description:
   Turkish character set (latin5) cannot be used with mysql 5.0 and we cannot open mysql server at command line but it can be used with mysql browser but again we have same problem with character set.

How to repeat:

it doesn't look like feature request but rather bugreport. I changed severity to S3

Thank you for a problem report. Please, specify the exact version of MYSQL server that demonstrates the problem you described.
