Description:
When viewing the "Resources" tab of a user in the User Administration section, the group control "Limiting user resources" is not tall enough to display all of the settings it contains. When creating a new user, four settings are displayed. When modifying an existing user, three settings and the top three pixels of the fourth are displayed. The problem manifests as soon as the "Apply changes" button is pressed.

How to repeat:
1. Open MySQL Administrator, connect to a server, and select User Administration.
2. Right-click in the list box of users and select "Add new User".
3. On the "User Information" tab, fill in a username (and password) so that the user can successfully be added.
4. Click on the "Resources" tab.
-- Four settings are visible.
5. Click the "Apply changes" button.
-- Three settings are now visible.
6. Select any other user account.
-- Three settings are still visible, and the fourth has not reappeared.

Suggested fix:
Adjust the group control to have a larger height, preferably to fill the tab.

A workaround is to use the CLI client or a tool such as phpMyAdmin to set the resource restrictions rather than MySQL Administration; details on how to use the client this way are in 13.5.1.3 in the MySQL 5.0 Reference Manual and 13.5.1.2 in the MySQL Legacy Reference Manual.
