Description:
Text in the query window is poorly displayed (letters truncated, inconsistent spacing). Resetting the Application Fonts in the Option section resolves the issue while the application is open. When restarted, text reverts back to the poor display. Do anything in the Options section an click Apply and the fonts will be displayed properly. It appears the Application Font settings are not being applied at startup.

How to repeat:
Just start the app and look at any text typed in the query window.

Thank you for a problem report. Yes, that fond in Query Windows is far from perfect on XP. I think it is because of its 8,3 Size and 7 Width in General Options.

So, let's make this a verified feature request to change the defaults to more pleasantly looking ones.
