Description:
If you connect to a remote server using MySQL browser then click Tools->MySQL Administrator it always tries to connect to localhost even though I wanted to get to the user administration for the current remote server.

This results in an error 1045 (access denied) error if the machine doesn't have MySQL server installed locally.

How to repeat:
Make sure you don't have MySQL Server running locally.
Login to a remote server, then click Tools-->MySQL Adminsitrator an error 1045 will appear.

Suggested fix:
When you choose Tools-->MySQL administrator, then please connect to the same server as the MySQL browser is attached, or ask for login details.

Also after getting the 1045 error, if you then click service control then startup variables, MySQL administrator crashes with an access violation. (Remember no MySQL is installed locally)

I was able to launch MySQL Administrator to connect with a remote server
from Query Browser. See picture attached.

Stranged as it always has a problem on my machine, I looked in Add/Remove programs and saw loads of installations for different versions, so I've removed them all and re-installed the latest MySQL Administrator and Browser and now the option is disabled on the tools menu and I can't get it back.

I deleted the old registry enteries from the old versions now it can find it.

Must have been some old registry data, its ok now.
