Description:
In the 5.0 Reference Manual an old 4.1 path is used:

2.3.11. Starting MySQL from the Windows Command Line

...

To start the mysqld server from the command line, you should start a console window (or “DOS window”) and enter this command:

C:\> C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 4.1\bin\mysqld

How to repeat:
look to http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/windows-start-command-line.html

Suggested fix:
change pathes to current default value containing 5.0
