Description:
Access violation occurs when I try to create table. 

How to repeat:
In MySqlTable editor: 
Create table test 
Create one field
Do apply changes 
Results in before mentioned access violation

Thank you for a problem report. Sorry, but I was not abler to repeat the access violation you described with 1.1.5 on plain XP Professional, without SPs. I'll try with SP2 later, but, please, try to switch off DEP temporary and rtepeat the same actions.
Inform about the results.

What version of MySQL server are you connecting to, by the way?

Valery thank you for your reaction. MySql version 5.0.15-nt. 
I excluded MySqlAdmin.exe from DEP and after restrat, retried the test to create a simple table.  

Result:  Exact Same Access Violation. 

I have a Sony Vaio , I found also reports talking about similar problems (with other programs) with Sony Vaio which might have to do with the introduction of Windows XP SP2. I have similar problems with Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0. No clue if this is relevant.

I was unable to repeat this bug using XP and 1.1.5.  Can you please check if you have create table privs for your current user in MA ?
