Description:
I hope MySql add new feature about more 1 extented file in each table
and each database can store in another location outside mysql/data dir

Sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding this request. Depending on the storage engine, MySQL can or does store each table in its own file. For MyISAM, the location of these files can be specified with the DATA DIRECTORY and INDEX DIRECTORY table options.
