Jennifer, This is most likely related to the fact that this "un-assigned" user is of a low permission level. Eventum only displays users with permission level of "Standard User" or greater on the create issue form. If Eventum is displaying this other low permission level user on the list.php screen, then that's the bug. The workaround is to change the permission level of your user to something else. --Joao
