Same things happen to me. Only it crashes from selecting options from the menu as well. I have: Gnome mysql-query-browser 1.1.6 2.6.13 #2 Debian and Fluxbox 0.9.11 libgtk2.0-0 2.6.4-3 /Rikard

Thanks for your bug report. I was able to reproduce this bug using 1.1.17 under FC4

Hi Chris, Not sure if you'd try'd this but I'll suggest it. The query browser download ( linux .gz ) is older then the latest release but appears to work with fedora 4. I followed the install instructions and installed it in the /opt directory and everything seems fine with it.... the latest version's rpm seems bug ladden. My 2 cents, Don

The latest crash on mysql-administrator was: Warning: The option old_passwords is not known. Please file a bug report if this is a valid option. /usr/bin/mysql-administrator: line 18: 1887 ViolaciĆ³n de segmento $PRG-bin i must agree with Don that there are inconsistencies between source tar.gz code and rpm, apart that the last has a rpmbuild error like mysql-administrator-1.1.4-1.%{targos}. Bye Cesar

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at http://www.mysql.com/downloads/ Additional info: I've tried the latest QB on FC4 and it is worked, I'm closing it as it seems to be an old issue.
