Description:
After using the "Compare" button, the "explain" button is permanently
disabled. (Need to restart application.)

How to repeat:
Enter some query, execute. Split pane horizontally. Enter some other (or the same) query, execute. Click "compare". I expect the "explain" button still to be available, but it is greyed out. Even after closing one of the two halp-panes, "explain" doesn't come alive again.
