Description:
Choosing File -> Reconnect closes all open tabs, does not reopen them
afterwards, also forgets about interactively changed default database. In effect, "reconnect" is a complete restart of the application, with no current state preserved.
This is unfortunate if one has set up a complex set of queries and
editing sessions, which then has to be recreated manually.

How to repeat:
Open two result tabs. Change default database to something other than what was specified in the opening dialog of QueryBrowser. Choose File -> Reconnect. I would wish for as much as possible of the GUI state to survive, so that I can easily continue with what I was working on. In fact, however, I am presented with a virgin GUI.

it's not a feature request but rather bug report. I am changing severity to S3

If it is a bug - I was able to reproduce. But I think it is feature request.

This is actually a feature request because the reconnection is intended to work as it does. This might under certain circumstances be unfortunate, but is not under others. We'll reconsider our design decision in the next major release and discuss this with other users as well.
