Hi! I was unable to reproduce this bug. Can you tell me exactly how to repeat it ? Thanks

I downloaded Workbench, copied it to /Applications, opened it, clicked on the 'Table' tool on the left toolbar, then clicked in the workspace. The application crashed instantly. Re-opening Workbench and clicking on the table tool and then clicking in the workspace crashes again. The bug was literally that simple - click the tool, click the workspace, instant crash. I originally noticed this bug with the 1.0.1 alpha release for OS X. I managed to find 1.0.2a and tried that to see if it fixed the problem, but it did not fix the problem. Tonight I downloaded the 1.0.3 release for Mac OS X, and the problem is no longer repeatable, so it seems that whatever was causing it has been fixed, and this bug can probably be closed, since I can no longer reproduce it (and I guess you couldn't either).

Thanks for your bug report. I mistakenly tried to reproduce this bug under WinXP therefore I was unable to reproduce it. I now tested under OSX and was able to repeat.
