Description:
After excecuting an "Advanced search" -- with most fields filled out -- which returns no results, the "Severity" drop down loses its setting.

How to repeat:
1. Go to "Advanced search" <http://bugs.mysql.com/search.php>.
2. Choose the "All" setting for "Severity".
3. Fill out some other fields in a manner which returns no issues.

Suggested fix:
Retain "Severity" setting.

I just tried it in various ways I could think of, but couldn't repeat the behaviour.
Plus, all the dropdowns are handled by the same function, so it'd be weird if
only one of them wasn't retaining the selection.
