Description:
When the sections in the administrator are switched by the arrow keys an exception is raised.  This happens only for the first time u move through.

How to repeat:
Open mysql administrator.
press down arrrow
an exception is raised.

This happens when the server is started as service, the sampe happens
when switching to Startup Variables and doesn't exists my.ini file.
