Description:
Creating an FK link to the same table is allowed, and causes strange interface artifacts and eventual crash.

How to repeat:
1) create new document
2) create two new tables, each with one column
3) use FK link tool, click on first table, then click again.

Once this is done a link back to the same table is created, and the FK link is drawn to some point off screen. This problem then goes further:

4) close the Workbench window (don't save) then start a new project
5) try to insert a new table --> crash

Thanks for your bug report. I was able to reproduce this in 10.4.2

The necessary support code is being added to the canvas and once that's finished,
the Workbench will properly function. Until there, please avoid creating self referencing FKs
from the WB.
