Unpredictable table corruption. Different tables are affected. The corruption is not periodic or follows any logic.

Please try upgrading to 4.0.15 - multiple corruption-related bugs were fixed there.

Today I'll upgrade to version 4.0.15. Unfortunatly I can do it only on the test system where the error occured. On the production system I have to wait a bit.
