Description:
The Embedded Server files such as libmysqld.dll , libmysqld.exp, libmysqld.lib and mysqlserver.lib are not included in the file mysql-noinstall-5.0.15-win32.zip . 

How to repeat:

Download the mysql-noinstall-5.0.15-win32.zip from dev.mysql.com and extract all files and check.

Thank you for a problem report. libmysqld.* are also not included into mysql-5.0.15-win32.zip. 

Even if embedded library is considered as belonging to -max and do installed as a separate RPM on Linux, it should be available in a regular distribution on Windows.

There is no embedded server product in 5.0 yet. We want to put
more development and QA efforts into the embedded server
in 5.0 before releasing to the public.
