Description:
After unzopping mysql-4.0.15-win.zip install crashes:

An error occured during the move data process: -132

How to repeat:
Try to install to similar system, c:\mysql

System does have version 3.23 installed

This happens because the installer got access denied write operation
over a file opened.
Please stop any server running or any client which uses libmysql.dll
before to run setup.exe
