Description:
Can not start and or stop Mysql Server by click button on the service control dialog. in another words, what the Mysql administrator said: "the Service control sections allows you to start or stop a Mysql Server" , is not the case for my practice.

mysql version I used is: mysql-4.1.11-2

I can start and stop Mysql Server by shell command, or from Desktop->system settings->Server Settings-> Serveice->Mysqld

How to repeat:
always happend
