Thank you for a problem report. Please, send the results of SHOW TABLES for your database, SHOW CREATE TABLE for each table you have problems with, the content of the database subdirectory of your data directory and the list of files in it. Just to be sure. The complete content of the error log as well the maintenance actions and queries you usually perform may be useful too. You may use File tab to upload files.
