Description:
1.)running mysql 3.23 with an java-sdk1.5.0 , odbc-conn. 3.51.06 on win98se 1Mhz 
256MB RAM over 3 months
2.)database has 12 tables, amount at only ca. 1000records over all
3.)Error at select or insert : can't find MYD-File of table <mytabl>, this happens
not at all tables of this database !
4.) errlog shows only few entries of repair...quickfix over these months
5.)so, database seems to be inconsistent and unusable..?
6.)hope, this will not happen with mysql-release 4.14. ?

How to repeat:
dont know, what caused this error !

Thank you for a problem report. Please, send the results of SHOW TABLES for your database, SHOW CREATE TABLE for each table you have problems with, the content of the database subdirectory of your data directory and the list of files in it. Just to be sure.

The complete content of the error log as well the maintenance actions and queries you usually perform may be useful too.
