Description:
The download mysql-query-browser-1.1.15-win.msi actually contains a version that says it is 1.1.13.

Either the about box is incorrect or the wrong verison has been packaged up.

How to repeat:
download, install, and check about box.

that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
