This site is dedicated for repeatable bug reports - yours doesn't really qualify as one. This might be related with some of the software installed later overwriting some DLL with an older version. You can try completely uninstalling and then re-installing 0.9.3. If you wish to try 0.9.2, we don't have a download page for the older versions, but you can take the link for 0.9.3 and just replace "3" with "2".

If necessary, you can access the source repository and build the latest available version, including the bugfix, yourself.
