Description:
I try to create or modify a view from MySQL Administrator !
when I click on "Execute SQL" in the SQL editor, it open a popup saying "The default schema cannot be changed to [SCHEMA NAME]" where [SCHEMA NAME] is the active schema

I cannot reproduce this problem, sorry. There isn't even a place where you can set a default schema in MySQL Administrator, so I don't know what you mean by "Try to modify a proc without specifying "default database" in the schema list". I cannot modify a proc or view without selecting a schema in the Catalogs list first, so what's the point?

I think it is a false positive alert ! The error take place just after I've install administrator but no more since I've restart my PC
