Description:
There is problem comes with MySQL Server 4.1. It was happen at previous versions.

How to repeat:
When we install and configure database as Latin5(turkish) charset, server converts Turkish chars to '?' char.

It repeats if you set database as latin5.

Suggested fix:
When i configure database as latin1, and reload datas to server,i see that problem solved.

Most of programmers has known latin5 is the Turkish Charset, also some 3rd party softwares like Navicat says too.
