Description:
As reported to the Debian Bug Tracking System by Juergen Kreileder <jk@blackdown.de>:

The example configurations in /usr/share/doc/mysql-server-*/examples/
use 'thread_cache=...'. There's no such option, the correct name is
'thread_cache_size' (cf. sql/mysqld.cc).
