Description: When filtering issues by date, the filtered date is not adjusted for timezone. How to repeat: Set user timezone preference to US/Eastern Create an issue after 7PM (e.g. 5-OCT-2005 21:15) The iss_created_date will be the next day in UTC (e.g. 6-OCT-2005 01:15) Apply a filter on the issue list for issues created "Greater Than"->{the next day} (e.g. 6-OCT-2005) The issue created on 5-OCT-2005 (local time) will not be filtered out.
