There are several Documentation sub-items, i just changed the Category to "MySQL Server - Documentation" just fine ...

  The sentence preceding the list says that the conditions are combined with OR, where "_each condition_" is one of the following" -- which does not imply that the OR has anything to do with what is in the condition itself.
