Description:
When the Instance Mgr is running if the 'mysql' service crashes, the Instance Mgr doesn't restart the service.

How to repeat:
1. Start the Instance Manager from the Windows menu
2. Start the command shell at the installation base directory
3. Install mysqld as a service: 'bin\mysqld --install'. Checked that the service is properly installed through the windows utilities.
4. Start the MySQL server with the Instance Mgr
5. Use the Task Mgr to end the 'mysqld' process (simulate crash)

The Instance Mgr didn't restart the service.

Sorry, but I see neither mysqlmanager.exe, nor the appropriate menu item in my 5.0.13-rc-nt downloaded from the MySQL site, installed completely (all components, if I remember right). Is it really included in freely downloadable distribution for Windows?

Thank you for the report.

I can not repeat described behaviour with current 5.0.46 version.
