Description:
Several cluster test cases fails with "1015: Can't lock file (errno: 4009)",
as an example

ndb_insert                     [ fail ]

mysqltest: At line 444: query 'select count(*) from t1' failed: 1015: Can't lock file (errno: 4009)

How to repeat:
Build and run Cluster on AIX 5.2

I think we have given up on AIX for now
