Sorry for the delay. I use MySQL 4.1.14. I again reproduced this bug this morning. I noticed that the wizard is not completly frozen: on the 'Finalization/Finalizing the reverse engineering process', the advanced button is still active but there are no messages in the message log window. This screen stay here forever with no CPU activity with the status: 'removing ignored object from catalog' Let me know if you need screen shots/logs. Thanks

I had to upgrade to Mysql 5.0.15 and I cannot reproduce this issue anymore. It seems to be an issue related to previous version of Mysql but I can't roll back.
