Description:
While using the reverse engineering option on a MyISAM schema from a local database, ignoring a lot of tables from the schema cause the process to fail.
There are no error or warning showned anywhere but the 'finish' button never appears.

Doing the same on the same schema from the same database without ignoring tables or ignoring only a few is successful.

How to repeat:
- Start MySQL WorkBench
- go to Database > reverse engineering
- input your database server and connection options
- click Next on the successful connection report screen
- choose the schema you want to work on
- click Next on the reverse engineering
- On the Object of Type Mysql, click on the 'Detailed Selection'
- select some table to 'ignored' and click next
- click on Next on the Placement options screen
- the 'finalization' screen appear but then nothing else happen and you have to kill the application

Sorry for the delay.
I use MySQL 4.1.14.

I again reproduced this bug this morning.
I noticed that the wizard is not completly frozen: on the 'Finalization/Finalizing the reverse engineering process', the advanced button is still active but there are no messages in the message log window.
This screen stay here forever with no CPU activity with the status: 'removing ignored object from catalog'

Let me know if you need screen shots/logs.

Thanks

I had to upgrade to Mysql 5.0.15 and I cannot reproduce this issue anymore.
It seems to be an issue related to previous version of Mysql but I can't roll back.
