Description:
I have tried several times with Instance Configuraion Wizard and also by unistalling and installing and if I select Multifunctional Database the server will not start (as a service at least). If I select Non-transactional Database Only then server starts ok.

How to repeat:
Can be done again.

We need at least the mysql error log output to further analyze this
