Description:
Using magic v8.3 sp7, myodbc 3.51.11-2 and mysql server 4.1.14 for windows, a database with a table that has a
field that is time and the value of a row in the time filed always is
'00:00:00'. When i tried update the table, it gives an this error: "Operation failed. Record has been changed by another user". No ocurrs this error with using old version the mysql server and myodbc.

How to repeat:
Install Magic version 8.3 service pack 7 (www.magicsoftware.com)
Mysql server v 4.1.14 for windows
Myodbc client v 3.51.11-2

This bug exposes the same problem that bug#25846 does. It has already been
fixed. Therefore I am setting the status to "Duplicate".
