Bug #13598 The Uninstall option does not remove myodbc3.dll

Description:
I installed the 3.51.11-1 ODBC Driver but there some bug with my application so I tried with the 3.51.11-2 ODBC Driver. 
I noticed that using the Uninstall option, from the setup of the MyODBC-3.51.11-2.exe, does not remove the
myodbc3 .dll from the c:\winnt\system32 directory, it was still the myodbc3.ddl of the 3.51.11-1 version.  
When I manually removes myodbc3.dll and then I install MyODBC-3.51.11-2.exe, it works ! The manual opertation is not a solution, so is it a bug from the ODBC install ?

How to repeat:
Install MyODBC-3.51.11-1.exe
See c:\winnt\system32\myodbc3.dll modified 03/02/2005 21:01
Install MyODBC-3.51.11-2.exe
See c:\winnt\system32\myodbc3.dll modified 03/02/2005 21:01 the same

But before installing MyODBC-3.51.11-2.exe, I removed myodbc3.dll and then I Run Install MyODBC-3.51.11-2.exe, the myodbc3.ddl is :
See c:\winnt\system32\myodbc3.dll modified 11/02/2005 00:05

Yes this was a problem with the Wise based install. We have switched to the a wix based install and we hope to not see this problem in the future.
