Description:
Hi,

I just upgrade MySQL from 3.23 to 4.1.1.10a. When I check the tables I saw them it convers collations none to latin1_swedish_ci. I was using iso8859-9 and UTF-8 for default char. So when I want to insert some data, it gets some TR chars broken.

I tried to remove collation but it also removed the TR chars.

How to repeat:
Update the MySQL rpm package from RedHat Es3 to RedHat Es4.
