Description:
when you create a new system DSN,
on the login tab there is a combo box that allows you to choose
a database - It shows garbage.

this MIGHT have to do with the fact that the server is configured for unicode.

How to repeat:
just try to create a new system DSN,
enter server, user and password then 
open Database combo box.

I can't repeat anymore with driver 3.51.16.
