Description:
When working under Windows account with name containing cyrillic characters, MySQL Query Browser can't save and read user configuration from its XML files.

How to repeat:
1. Create Windows system account with name in cyrillic
2. Login under created account
3. Run MySQL Query Browser
4. Close it and run again, "XML Error" will appear while starting
