Description:
Trying to open the online doc using the menu (Help -> Online Docs) leads to the server doc but neither to the QB Doc nor a list of all available Docs (what I assumed from the menu entry)

For to see the QB doc, please use the Help -> Help.
The option you mentioned is actually for the "server" Manual.
