Description:
Moving columns is a little bit weird. Somethings nothing happens, sometimes you get duplicated columns and once every year you get what you expected.

How to repeat:
1) Start Workbench
2) Create a new table
3) Open the table editor
4) Create some new colums (datatype doesn't matter):
    - foo
    - bar
    - test
    - type
5) Try to place `type` between `bar` and `test`. Nothing happens.
6) Try to place `foo` after `type`. Workbench places `foo` *between* `test` and `type`.
7) Try to place `type` at the beginning of the column list. `foo` gets replaces by `type`, but the orginal `type`column is still at the end of the table.
