Description:
Running mysql_client_test, at test "77 of (1/1): test_frm_bug" results in abnormal program termination with following report displayed: " [MySQL-4.1.14-nt][1051] Unknown table 'test_frm_bug' e:\mysqldev\build\mysql-4.1.14-build\mysql-4.1.14\tests\mysql_client_test.c:6924: check failed 'r == o' "

How to repeat:
run mysql_client_test in cmd
