Description:
Bug #11796 ("Access Violation in when stopping MySQL Server while MySQLAdministrator running") is still open in MySQL 4.1.14 (on Windows XP at least). I managed to reproduce it...

I tried to reopen the bug - but I couldn't. I added a comment, then a second one... No answer...
