Description:
There is no documentation for EXPLAIN EXTENDED. This command appears in 4.1 and 5.0.

How to repeat:
Search http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/explain.html for EXTENDED. Try EXPLAIN EXTENDED SELECT ... on MySQL 4.1 or 5.0.

Suggested fix:
Document what the EXTENDED keyword is supposed to do.
