Description:
In the mysql-noinstall-4.1.14-win32.zip archive, file Docs/manual.chm is broken

How to repeat:
Try to open the file manual.chm

Suggested fix:
replace the file with a good one

Confirmed, the file got corrupted somehow. We won't update the 4.1.14 package because of this - I will keep this bug open until we start building 4.1.15, to make sure it's corrected then.
