Description:
I don't see FULLTEXT initialization state in the list at:
  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/show-processlist.html

How to repeat:
See above. I've found this state in the sql/sql_base.cc file.

Suggested fix:
Add this state to the corresponing page and provide some helpful comments :)

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the
documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website
shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant
product(s).

The server is preparing to perform a natural-language full-text search.

There's not much else to know. :-)
