Description:
Could the -Max builds be removed from existance now? They don't appear to serve any significant purpose other than confuse people (with MaxDB).

- Symlinks are compiled in for Windows in all binaries and can be enabled/disabled.
- There are separate cluster RPMs already.
- InnoDB is always enabled since 4.0
- Few people use BDB, definitely not in new/upgraded deployments.
- Blackhole engine could simple be compiled in from 5.0.
