Description:
 When adding a data source the drop down list of database names are all the same and are unusual ascii chars (see screenshot). Also, the name changes everytime you re-drop down the list.

How to repeat:
Start Button
=> Settings => Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Data Sources (ODBC)

System DSN Tab
Click the Add button
Select 'MySQL Connector/ODBC v5'
Click The Finish button
Fill in a valid Data source name, Description, Server, User, Password
Click on the Database drop down

I can type in a valid database name and hit the test button and it validates OK.
