Description:
in dbkill.cpp:
#include <windows.h>

make searchs it under /usr/include

But windows.h is under /usr/include/w32api in Cygwin.

How to repeat:
./configure && make
under Cygwin

Suggested fix:
#include "w32api/windows.h"
or place w32api in include search path
